The advice? Run, don’t walk, away from this property, Don’t look back! Maybe that’s a bit melodramatic, but essentially, there’s a huge amount of work to do. We knew it yesterday, but now we know the house won’t be falling down around our ears, so on Saturday, we’re going to see it again, then make an offer before the auction. Keep your fingers crossed.
Because I finished work an hour early this evening, I’m going to the supermarket to get all my shopping done for the week, so I can feel organised and stick to the harsh, harsh budget I’ve set myself. Everything I buy is going to have to multi-task, so Miss M might really not like me too much by Saturday. I feel quite proud of myself because we made banana muffins yesterday, which is something I always mean to do, but never get around to. The even bigger bonus is they taste fantastic.
