Earlier this week I got my first spam comments on this site. If that doesn’t make a girl feel accepted, I don’t know what does.
I have to make a decision about whether to rent or buy a new property next year, since Maya’s father has agreed to buy out my share of this house. Good news, but scary - especially when looking at properties in Richmond and seeing prices of either.

Miss M only has four more days of being a grade two.
Max found a tennis ball this morning on his walk, and we practiced bowling a la cricketing with it. I discovered it’s hard to get a run up with an eager dog darting in front of your legs.
Last night we went out for dinner to a friend’s house, and hundreds of bats flew overhead, which was amazing - so black and silent - and plentiful!
In twenty minutes we’re going to my aunt’s house for a Christmas get together. So I’d better start getting ready.
Today I’m loving: hearing from my crazy friend Pete yesterday for the first time in months.

I had prawn dumpling soup at Vic Gdns for lunch on Fri , and it was delicious!!!
